Belief Behavioural Technique

This technique is a disruptive concept.

 

Breaking Belief Conditioning

The technique is based on the fact that we accept beliefs about all sorts of things from birth when we have little control over what is said or demonstrated to us.

We all talk about beliefs, but do we understand what they are and how they get there?

A belief is a statement about a reality that feels true to us on some level, and we think

our beliefs are accurate statements about our reality.

The first thing to understand is that any event in our life doesn't have any specific meaning.

We form beliefs to give meaning to the event.

This concept is not new. The approach has been helping people overcome limiting beliefs, that sometimes they don’t even remember acquiring.

Every time we feel an emotion there will be a belief attached that we think we saw at some stage in childhood.

When we understand our emotions are our internal guidance system giving us feedback on everything, we are experiencing in life we will make better decisions about how to use them.

I work with clients to find limiting beliefs that may have served them in some way in the past to get through a bad or traumatic situation and help them eliminate that belief that they now use unconsciously when they feel the way they felt then.

​

This belief may have had a good reason to be there when it was developed, but it is not needed any more and may be destructive to that person’s life experiences.

​

When we think about how we react, or sometimes overreact to certain stimuli there is most likely a belief we have about that situation or event that causes the reaction.

​

To the point that this belief may only be the surface belief and that there is a governing belief underneath the surface that has not even been uncovered.

​

In this complicated world, simplicity is underrated. We understand you want to feel better as quickly as possible, and by using a simple approach I have helped many people overcome their limiting beliefs.
